Big Cat Tree

It was easy to assemble, and the kittens were playing on it before we had the whole thing put together. Customer service is excellent. When I acknowledged receipt, I mentioned that one of the sisal posts was stained. A replacement part was immediately sent out to us, no charge. Now that it service! I would definitely recommend this merchant.
