HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not only does he send the WRONG ITEMS, but, when I called to get some help, I was met with no help at all, AND inappropriate FOUL LANGUAGE, SWEAR WORDS and a HANG UP. All that I wanted was a refund which he wouldn't give. BUT, I was able to get an IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND FROM MY VISA CARD COMPANY. Lesson learned: trust your reputable credit card company and not some wanna-be online seller.
